Hi, Mel;
John is Dan's cousin, and he and his wife and baby just moved up to central Cal. from LA. HMB is about 20 minutes west of us, on the coast. We live on the SF Bay side of the coastal ridge and we drive over the ridge and down the other side to get to the ocean. The sand/weather was hot but the water is cold like BC's.
